Bells wins Head Contract Maintenance Services

Hazell Bros Group is pleased to announce that our Building Construction Business Unit (Bells Constructions & Technologies) has been successful in winning two regions of the Head Contract Maintenance Services for the Department of Health and Human Services, Housing Tasmania.
Commencing 1 July 2007, Hazell Bros will manage this contract for:
- South East Tasmania
- South West Tasmania
These new contracts are considerably larger than the components previously held, as they are for complete maintenance (occupied and vacant).
This is great news for the Group, and enables a smooth contract transition for the team who have managed the current contracts so successfully for the last five years. We acknowledge this team for their hard work.
