OzHelp Program launched

OzHelp's counselling and training program kicked off last Friday with a BBQ launch at Risdon Brook Dam.
Hazell Bros represented the construction industry with over 20 Apprentices and Trainees from across the business attending the event along with representatives from Management.
The OzHelp Program offers construction industry trainees and apprentices a free and confidential counselling service, along with a structured three day a year training course aimed at assisting with
▪ Conflict resolution
▪ Financial management
▪ Relationship and family difficulties
▪ Depression
▪ Addictions
▪ Thoughts of self harm
▪ Dealing with grief and loss
▪ Problem solving
Hazell Bros Human Resources Manager said that all of the Company's first and second year Trainees and Apprentices will participate in the training course as part of their apprenticeship/traineeship.
"We understand the importance and value of our Trainees and Apprentices as they are our future leaders, and by providing them with the life skills they need in today's fast paced and demanding work and personal lives, we will go some way in protecting one of our most valuable assets," he said.
